POW (Pokemon of the Week) #1

Ok so time for a fun little game called pokemon of the week. Basically people nominate a pokemon and other members vote on it. There will be a theme for example, blue pokemon or winged pokemon or something like that. The electing will start Saturday end on tuesday with voting until Friday night. Whoever elected the winning pokemon gets 50 credits but can not elect a pokemon for the next week.

Picture means post a picture there, name is name of pokemon and reason is a decent paragraph explaining why it should be the POW. Decent paragraph is 4-5 sentences, please.

This week's theme is: Snake looking pokemon.

Name: Ekans / Arbok
Reason: Well I know its not a single pokemon but an evolution chain. I kind of think that if a pokemon is chosen its evolutions must be thought about too. Ekans / Arbok was the original snake pokemon. It even last two seasons before a new snake pokemon challenged its status as the best. In contrast with Seviper from the Hoenn series, Seviper may seen as a better choice but Ekans / Arbok bring an extra ability that Seviper does not have access to, Intemidate. With the addition of the pokemon hidden abilities Ekans / Arbok gains unnerve. First time learning about it it may seem a little useless in game, but on the competition scheme being able to stop the use of a berry might give you just the edge to keep pokemon poisoned, stunned, or even just stop it from gaining helth.

Name: Milotic
Reason: The definition of Pokemon Beauty. Milotic is graceful yet powerful. It's ability to strike hard and also restore it's own hp makes it a strong battler. It's represented in the anime as the queen of coordination as the best of the best coordinators, uses one as he prized pokemon. When you say snakes, it often seems people think Ekans/Arbok and Seviper straight off the bat. However, Milotic is also a snake pokemon that blasts all the other snakes out the water.

Name: Seviper
Reason: Seviper is overally an awesome pokemon. It is so awesome that it used to get the screen time its awesomeness deserved by being under Jessie's control. It's a great pokemon appearance-wise and battle wise as it has various moves like the powerful Flamethrower attack, Giga Drain, Dragon Tail, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, X-Scissor and blah blah blah. So many moves in a single pokemon. It is definitely a pokemon that has many different usages... On top of that, Seviper is a pokemon that is on war with the annoying and ugly looking Zangoose species. Only that can show its awesomeness, as it naturally dislikes the ugliness. I have no other things to say, the rest is on the mind of those who are going to vote...
